120-Day Returns
You can request a return within 120 days of purchase.

Returns must be unopened and in good condition.

Do not request a refund through the Shop app, as these can be missed.
Cancelling an Order
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@blootropic.com with photos so we can assess and resolve it quickly.
No Restocking Fees
We don’t charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
